I wanted to pass along to you that we are very happy with the car. It is in very nice shape and very clean, etc. Coming from me that's a big compliment since I detail vehicles to keep busy. Both Autumn and I were very impressed with the entire Buss dealership, everyone we met there and the comfort we had in purchsing a car there. We were unsure what we'd see when we came to Illinois but we were very happy we made the trip. Dealing with you and the Buss team made me wish there was a Buss Ford in our area. I will certainly keep you in mind when it comes to our next purchase.

Dear Mr. Buss,
I had been in a bad head on wreck and my car was totalled, I had a 2005 Ford Explorer in which I loved. My husband came across your 2006 Explorer which I talked to Ken(your salesperson) for 2 or 3 days over the phone about it, all the times he was AWESOME!!. We decided to take a ride and immediately upon arrival the Explorer was right out in front under the awning,, that was the first thing that impressed me. The second was the greeting "welcome to the Buss Family", I have never felt such a warm, Sincere welcome. The 3rd thing that impressed me was the treatment we received from your staff . They truely did make us feel like we were a part of one big family. I want you to know that we are very happy with the Explorer and when we are ready to trade it There is no Other Ford Dealer that exists, from now on it's Only Buss Ford for us!!
