I contacted Skip about a vehicle I had found online. All communication was done over phone and e-mail. I had been looking for a while for a specific vehicle and found the right one on their website. They provided me with an Autocheck and extensive info on the vehicle. I went ahead and placed a down payment on it without even checking it out. I had about a hundred questions for Skip and he was very thorough and detailed on each one. After my long drive from South Bend, IN I was very anxious to see what this car looked like. When I got there, I was not at one point disappointed with the vehicle or the way it drove. Skip provided me with a very accurate description and he did not let me down. I have been driving it for a week now and absolutely love it. Thanks guys!

Just a note to thank Todd and Travis in the Quick Lane. Buss ford does excellent service. I went in 2 months ago for a part recall and i picked buss ford to service my truck and they did a excellent job replacing the recalled and they did it very quick too! Im going to buss ford for any kind of service i need
