It has been a year and a half since I made my purchase with Buss Ford, so I am happy to provide a picture of what an all-around experience is like with this company.
This review is a long time coming because my experience at Buss Ford has far exceeded my hopes and expectations. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so it is safe to say that I did my fair share of research and "shopping around". It was on a whim that I decided to look at what Buss Ford had to offer, and boy am I thrilled that I did! Compared to the 10+ dealerships that I dealt with before coming to Buss, this place absolutely beats the rest.
I was helped by Chris Larson, who was new at the time, and he seemed to be knowledgeable and passionate about the product that he was selling.
I will admit that I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I was very picky, cautious, and asked tons of questions. However, there wasn't one time that Buss made me feel like I was difficult or inconvenient. All of my questions were answered, I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole process; and most importantly, I was treated fairly. Drew, the GM, made a point to engage in conversation with me, a new customer who was clearly cautious and new to making a big purchase.
A year and a half later, and I still feel connected to Buss. Chris has made it a point to let the customer (me) know that he cares. I recommend Buss Ford to everyone that I know (even the Chevy folk!), because I am 100% confident in their service. My lease will be coming to an end within the next year, and I will definitely be coming to Buss (and Chris Larson) for my next vehicle.
