These mobile messaging terms and conditions relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Buss Ford ("us" or "we"). Mobile carriers require business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable text messaging. This is required of all businesses sending SMS from both short code numbers and long code numbers (10DLC).

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Buss Ford, you agree to receive the following message types only:

customer care messages
promotional discounts, flash sales, advertisements
account notification messages
delivery notification messages

Message frequency may vary. On average, 10-20 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
